Q.How do I get a song?
A.Every Black Star Bracelet comes with a code to download a song and exclusive gifts. Codes are located inside the card of your bracelet.
If you are ordering online: Your song will download immediately, and your bracelet will be shipped to you.
If you are ordering online as a gift: The bracelet will be mailed to the address you provide. Code to download song will be located in the card of your bracelet.
Q.How do I get a Code?
A.Every Black Star Bracelet comes with a code to download a song and exclusive gifts. Codes are located inside the card of your bracelet.
Q.When I enter my code I get a message that it is invalid. How do I get the correct code?
A.We are very sorry that your code isn't working. First, if your code has an o in it try 0(Zero) instead. If your code contains no o's then please contact us at support@blackstarbracelet.com and we will be happy to help.
Q.What Exclusive VIP Gifts do I get with my Bracelet?
A.Unique to each bracelet, each comes with a different Signed Headshot, Lyric Sheet, Wallpaper, Screensaver (same for each), Cell Phone Ring Tone, Behind the Scenes Footage, and Video Message.

Q.What happens if I have different style bracelets?
A.Each bracelet is connected to a different song. The song you are getting is written on the card that comes with your bracelet.The more bracelets you collect the more bounus VIP gifts you will recieve.
Q.What format does the song come in?
A.MP4
Q.Will my song go into my I tunes?
A.Yes. It is an mp4 format and will be stored online in your account and also downloaded into your I tunes.

A.Emails are important for two reasons. It is the way for you to get a lost password sent and to get updates.
Q.How do I join Alex Bands Fan Club?
A.You can go to alexband.net or you can check the box when you are prompted.
Q.What if I don't wish to receive emails anymore?
A.Emails can be stopped at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of every email.
A.In the login page, press the "I Forgot My Password" key, enter your email and we'll send you a new password.
A. Click change my password in My Account, and you can create a new one.

A.No, with one key code, you can listen to your music and download your exclusive gifts as many times as you want. For the protection of the site, please don't upload or email to anyone the exclusive gifts you get. They are intended for you.

A.Piracy is illegal. Don't do it.

Q.What do I do if the site keeps quitting on me?
A. We preform regular maintenance and updates on Blackstarbracelet.com. We try to schedule these when the fewest people are online- usually late at night or on the weekends from midnight to 1. People that are online will always be notified that these short but necessary shutdowns are coming. Occasionally our servers get the hiccups, which can cause it to shut down. We do our best to keep that from happening and try to fix any problems quick as a possible. Thank you for your patience!

A.If you are noticing issues while on the Black Star Bracelet Site, it could be one of many reasons. Please double check that your computer has java script enabled (java.com). A.We recommend a Broadband Internet connection, but it is not required. The faster your connection, the faster you can move around the website.
Q.What kind of computer do I need?
A.Compatible with Mac, PC and Linux. Best with the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari & Google Chrome.
Q.What if I can't download my song?
A.Songs are in Mp4 format. If you are having troubles, download Windows Media, I tunes player, and Quick Time.
A.You will need itunes. Once your song is in your itunes library, go up to prefrences (it is located in the edit tab). In prefrences under the general tab click the import settings button. Once clicked choose the option to import using mp3 encoder. Choose your qaulity and click OK. Once that is set go back to your file that is in your library. Right click and choose create mp3 version. Once file is finished converting you can drag onto your desktop. You now have a mp3 of your song!
